Frequently Asked Questions

All of our bathroom cabinets and mirrors are delivered with a competitive 5‑year guarantee against manufacturing defects, whilst electrical components are covered for two years.

The LEDs in mirrors typically last between 30,000 and 50,000 hours, which can equate to many years of daily use if maintained correctly.

Yes, a qualified electrician will be required to safely install an LED mirror. Our range of mirrors are typically delivered with cabling that will connect to the mains.

The difference between a vanity unit and bathroom cabinet is that a vanity unit has an integrated basin within the worktop, which creates a seamless design. A bathroom cabinet doesn’t have this and simply provides a means of storage.

We have a selection of vanity units for you to browse if you need additional functionality.

An IP44 rating is given to electrical items to signal that they’re suitable for use in damp environments, such as bathrooms. In the case of illuminated mirrors, it means that the electrical components are sufficiently protected against water ingress, which is essential for safety.
