Roper Rhodes Retail

Our Story

Designed to last

At Roper Rhodes we pride ourselves in creating products that are made to last. Designed by our teams of specialists here in the UK exclusively for British & Irish bathrooms, each product is researched, fine tuned and tested with third party organisations before it makes it into our brochure. It’s through this rigorous testing process, we are able to offer 5 or 10 year guarantees on most of our products.

Our Products

Our growing Trade Solutions product range now features over 300 products from across 10 different categories including Brassware, Sanitaryware, Bathroom Furniture & Concealed Cisterns. This ensures we always have the right product to offer, regardless of the installation.

Product Development

Our highly skilled in-house design team enables us to continually be at the cutting-edge of product development and innovation; with a continuous program of new product launches throughout the year.

Ethical And Environmental Policy

More than 40 years on, the Roper Rhodes Group based in Bath, has a strong commitment to our staff and our local community. We will not trade with any suppliers who do not treat their employees in a reasonable manner and pay acceptable wages. We want to create a business we can be truly proud of and strive to make sure people are given the opportunity to develop themselves further both in and outside work. Our environmental policy ensures that we seek to minimize our environmental impact as far as possible. We do not use timber from rain forests and endeavour to obtain materials from farmed renewable sources. Where possible we use timbers from FSC (Forestry Stewardship Council) accredited suppliers. We recycle most of the waste we create in our Bath premises and comply with EC regulations on Packaging Waste.

Modern Slavery Statement

Roper Rhodes Limited and its group companies are committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking in its corporate activities, and to ensuring that its supply chains, including those of its sub-contractors and partners, are free from slavery and human trafficking. The Company acknowledges responsibility to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and will ensure transparency within the organisation and with suppliers of goods and services to the organisation. A document detailing our full commitment to this policy can be found here.
